Glitch is my first experiment with translating a digitally distorted image into a physical print. I wanted to see how the layered color shifts, misaligned forms, and visual imperfections of a glitch would exist away from the screen. The result introduced an unexpected sense of movement and depth, transforming a clean character design into something more fragmented, energetic, and unpredictable.
The original character was created as a concept for a new series of paintings that I plan to complete by the end of 2026. Those finished paintings will eventually be released as their own print editions, but this glitched interpretation will remain a standalone piece and will not become part of an ongoing Glitch edition.
For me, this work captures an important stage in the creative process: the moment when an experiment moves beyond its original purpose and becomes a finished artwork in its own right.
Hand-signed and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity verifying the work’s edition and provenance.
